Guarantees? I need to know if guarantees are considered legally binding and if so, how to go about taking appropriate legal action. I went to a college that guaranteed 100% lifetime job placement for every graduate whether you quit or get fired from the first job they find for you. I know of at least 5 graduates that either never got placed or aren't being helped finding another job. Yes, I'm one of them and I am very upset being basically lied to.
