What are the concealed knife carry laws in Sacramento county, California?
Is there a max length for blades in Sacramento, California? From what I am seeing it appears there is no specific max length. I am also seeing that there may be a 3in max length. Information I've found seems to be very contradictory and I'm in no way interested in breaking any laws.

- Under State law, the only knives upon which there is a general length prohibition is switchblade/butterfly knives, which cannot be carried if the blade is 2" or more in length. Pen C 653k.) No dirk or dagger, which means a fixed blade knife (or folding knife with a blade in a fixed open position) can be carried concealed on the person. (Pen C 12020.) There are some restrictions on knife length in certain specific locations (such as public buildings and schools). Sacramento prohibits LOITERING while in possession of a deadly weapon, which includes a knife with a blade of more than 3" (Sac. City Code 9.32.010 9.32.010), but this is not a general prohibition upon possession.
