Are there any avocado trees that will grow in Sacramento, CA?

I would like a tree that bears fruit. Are there any varieties that grow well in Sacramento, CA? Which ones? Thanks!

1. I don't know what your climate is like as l live in Australia, but as long as you don't get frosts you should be able to grow just about any variety. If you do get frosts, there are a few cold tolerant varieties like Wertz and Bacon, that are smaller growing trees, and tolerate down to -5 degrees Celsius. Most are self fertile, but if you plant 2 different varieties you increase the chance of pollination. There are Type A and Type B varieties, and one of each usually gets good pollination happening.
