What is the best Community College in Sacramento to take the pre requsites and general education for RN?

Im thinking about moving to Sacramento from Bay Area. I need help in making the dicition where to live in Sacramento. I would like to work as a waitress in a restaurant part time. Which area in Sac will be the best for that Roseville or Downtown Sac? Which Community College will be better for general education and prereqts Siera College, American River or City College?

1. From what I Know ARC and SCC are the 2 community colleges in Sacramento that offer nursing programs. Unfortunately, they are LVN programs... but I believe they also have a program where you can transfer from LVN-to-RN. I would recommend you moved to Roseville as opposed to Downtown Sac because there are a lot of restaurants out there and it is closer to A.R.C. But as far as just taking GE and pre-reqs.. you can take it at any community college, just as long as you make sure they are transferable to that college. =D
