how much will it cost to build a 2 bdrm home in sacramento area?

I am looking into buying a piece of property in the Sacramento area and want to know an appx cost for building a home on it. I need a cost including permits. I donk know if I am looking at 20grand 80 grand or 200 grand. Please let me know if you have any appx ideas. Thanks!

1. Sorry that question can't be answered with this little infromation. You have cost of the land, all of the soft costs (permits ect) and you have hard costs Labor and building supplys, you have site prep. Will the land have utility access close by. If you have to bring power a long ways it could cost thousands. Will the land have access to public water or will you have to drill a well that can cost thousands of dollars. Will the land have sewer access or will you have to put in a spetic system? It also depends on what contractor you use. What type of house are you going to want. Rambler, Rambler with basement, 2-story ect. What is the square footage of the house? How many bathrooms? What type of construction average, good ect. Hardwood flooring, carpet, tile ect. All of this will determine the cost per square foot.
2. For something that small you are talking about 300k, with the assumption that there is water and power on the land and it is very small, less then 1/5th an acre. R1 land runs about a million an acre and up.
