Guarantees?
I need to know if guarantees are considered legally binding and if so, how to go about taking appropriate legal action. I went to a college that guaranteed 100% lifetime job placement for every graduate whether you quit or get fired from the first job they find for you. I know of at least 5 graduates that either never got placed or aren't being helped finding another job. Yes, I'm one of them and I am very upset being basically lied to.

- Was this promise placed on the school's advertising? Was it limited by a "best efforts" clause? Was it in a contract between you and the school? The correct way to go about it is to find an attorney, perhaps through the bar low income referral service, who will take your case, either on a flat fee or contingency (% of amount recorved by suit). What you have is a class action, which must be represented by an attorney in court.
