What if the money were given to education and law enforcement?

Many educators and law enforcement officers are losing jobs in my state. Do you think they would have been a better investment than the large corporations that received bailout money?

1. As a future educator, I cannot say that I agree with you more! If every child was given an education from age 4 through college and a safe place to live that is constantly monitored, we would have a great generation. They would be intelligent and respectful. Unfortunately, education and law enforcement are not a huge chunk of our economy, so this will never be possible! I wish though!
