When does a criminal suspect have a right to an attorney at a lineup? What part of the Constitution guarantees that right?

- Once they are arrested they have a right to counsel. If not arrested then if they ask to go they can go. Have to arrest before forcing into a lineup, I'd think. Have a right to defend and to be confronted by accusers.
