Each week, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) publishes new filings related to utility services in the state. These filings include proposed decisions, complaints, and applications that can influence policies affecting communities and consumers.

For the week of August 4–8, 2025, no proposed decisions were open for public comment. However, two new proceedings were filed.

In Proceeding A25-08-001, PacifiCorp submitted an application on August 1, 2025. The company is seeking approval for its 2026 energy and gas-related forecast and a reconciliation of costs and revenues. If approved, this would set cost recovery forecasts and align revenues for the upcoming year. More details are available on the Docket Card.

Proceeding A25-08-002 was filed by the Center for Accessible Technology on August 8, 2025. The organization is requesting intervenor compensation for its role in contributing to Resolution E‑5395. This request seeks reimbursement for reasonable costs incurred during participation in the Commission’s decisionmaking process. Additional information can be found on the Docket Card.

The CPUC encourages public participation in its processes. Members of the public can submit written comments on any Proposed Decision via the relevant Docket Card or subscribe to receive updates about specific proceedings using their numbers.
