The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco announced on Mar. 27 a call for research papers for its 2026 Pacific Basin Research Conference, which will take place on November 20, 2026.

The event invites researchers to submit work on open-economy macroeconomics, international trade, and international finance with a focus on economic and policy issues in the Pacific Region. Submissions are due by August 15, 2026. More information is available in the official Call for Papers.

The Center for Pacific Basin Studies at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is organizing the conference as part of its ongoing efforts to support economic research relevant to its district.
