IAM Union International President Brian Bryant, Resident General Vice President Jody Bennett, and Chief of Staff Vinny Addeo visited members of IAM Local 1947 at Mercury Marine and Local 873 at John Deere in Wisconsin. The visits included tours hosted by local officials, where the IAM officers observed the manufacturing processes.

Bryant commented on his experiences during the visits. “I was truly impressed by the quality work and skills our union members demonstrate every day, whether they are building Mercury Outboard engines or assembling John Deere equipment,” he said.

Union members at Mercury Marine spoke about their roles in machining, pouring, and grinding operations. They emphasized their pride in producing American-made products.
