Intel stated that it remains committed to advancing U.S. national and economic security interests, with support from its Board of Directors and Lip-Bu Tan. The company highlighted ongoing investments in domestic semiconductor research and manufacturing, emphasizing alignment with the President’s America First agenda.
According to Intel, the company has been manufacturing in the United States for 56 years. It is currently investing billions of dollars in domestic R&D and manufacturing projects. This includes a new fabrication facility in Arizona, which will use advanced process technology not available elsewhere in the country. Intel also noted that it is the only company investing in leading logic process node development within the U.S.
The statement added: “We look forward to our continued engagement with the Administration.”
